Volunteer Info

Thank you for volunteering to make the Fall Festival fabulous! Please check in at the Volunteer Check In table, located near the main office, before each of your shifts so we know the activity is covered. Please do not leave your station until the next person arrives - contact the Volunteer Check In table if the next person does not arrive on time and we will send out someone to relieve you (phone numbers emailed separately, and will be up at the table).

Fall Festival Sign Up Genius lists what slots you signed up for.

It's optional to wear a costume, but if your family decides to join - there will be a parade at 7pm starting from the cafeteria.

Come taste 5 of our delicious chili entries and vote on your favorite! Open 5-7pm.

If you are donating to the bake sale at the event, please arrive at 3:45 and take your items to the cafeteria. Please have items individually wrapped, and provide your own serving plate. Please write your name on tape and put on the bottom so they can get back to you if needed.

Check out the amazing gift baskets that each class contributed and make a bid! Set up your account in advance for quicker bidding during the event. Bidding is already live and will close at 7:30pm on Saturday 10/15/22.

No tickets/wristbands required for entry! Wristbands and tickets for activities/ food will be for sale at the event; purchase and pick-up internet orders at the ticket table located at the main entrance.
